About FX
Francis Xavier School believes that every child is unique and gifted with exceptional talents, strengths and skills. To nurture these talents and skills, we have developed a process with a 3-dimensional approach i.e. Achieving Academic Excellence, Enriching Creative Experiences and Learning Beyond the Classroom. We aim to provide learners with 360 degree learning, where the academic learning is complemented by infrastructure and strong co-curricular program which includes sports, theatre and creative art, leadership opportunities in different fields and assessment that truly serves as feedback of learning rather than just testing.
The events and special days at Francis Xavier School enhance the skills of the learners. The celebrations give them a chance to explore and excel in different fields and activities. The cumulative effect of this school experience develops every learners’ mind, body and soul, resulting in the creation of a FX learner who in turn contributes to the society and develops a strong character. Thus he/she becomes a global citizen with Indian values. At FX, we believe that learning is a continuous and lifelong process. This process enhances both the teachers and learners.

Artistic Exploration
Our programme objective is to make our learners to view every artistic medium as an expression of creativity, culture, tradition and our legacy to the future. The creative arts programme nurtures creativity and self expression through a variety of media, techniques and tools in Art, Craft, Music, Dance and Communication Skills.
Creative self expression enhances every child’s sense of competence and well-being and helps children appreciate their own and others’ unique approach to life.

Faculty
At Francis Xavier School, we aim to create a family of learners, faculty and parents who, through their collaborative efforts, bring alive the better experience. Faculty, the stimulus providers and motivators are the backbone of Francis Xavier School.
Our teachers play a vital role in engaging learners in this learning process. Under our Professional Development Programme, all our faculty members go through teacher Development programmes to ensure that they are updated with the latest teaching techniques, methodologies and resources.
Parent – Teacher Communication
We believe that parents are very important stakeholders in the child's educational journey. All required information pertaining to the progress of the learner is communicated through Parent-Teacher Conferences and Student Review Assessments. Occasionally, the school conducts workshops to enable parents to enhance their skills both as parents and as home educators.
